What will winter bring next?

storm passingThis image from the National Weather Service shows the storm that passed through Green Mounain country on Feb. 18. It pushed temperatures to 52 degrees. Warm for February. But now we’re freezing, again. We need frozen nights to keep the maple sap from rising too soon. But that’s a story for Maple Season.
